1. The service

Wholesale Analyzer is a subscription software service that helps Amazon sellers research products and make purchasing decisions. By subscribing you agree to these terms.

2. Subscriptions and billing

• Subscriptions are offered weekly, monthly or yearly and are billed through PayPal in US dollars.
• A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it.
• You can cancel at any time in your PayPal account. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• If a payment fails, PayPal may retry it. If it still cannot be collected the subscription is suspended and access stops until payment is resolved.

3. Your account and Amazon data

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for complying with Amazon’s policies, including the Selling Partner API terms, when you connect your seller account. Wholesale Analyzer is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon.

4. No guarantee of results

Results are based on data from third parties and on estimates, including estimated sales. Prices, fees and demand change. Wholesale Analyzer supports your decisions; it does not guarantee profit, sales or approval to sell any product, and you remain responsible for your purchasing decisions.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, resell access without permission or use it in breach of any law or third-party terms.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim.

7. Changes and contact
